My journey started when I left my marriage in 1985, a miserable, dysfunctional
twenty-seven year old who hated life as a man. Estranged from my family and cast
out by my "friends", I faced ridicule and discrimination, spiraling into drug
addiction and prostitution. I nearly lost my life many times. Eventually I got
clean & sober, and I became a successful, confident and happy woman.
After twenty years as a corporate software engineer, an unsigned recording artist and a freelance journalist, I am transitioning toward a fulltime writing career. I am now marketing my recently completed autobiography, so some of my story has been pulled from this site.
